       本雙向蝶閥采取多層次三偏心金屬硬密封結構，不僅具有普通多層次三偏心金屬硬密封蝶閥的全部優良性能，由于在設計上合理地減小了徑向偏心值，在關閉狀態下閥桿所受力矩較小，處于靜平衡，同時， 蝶板密封圈采用了優質碳素材料與高韌性不銹鋼組成多層次結構，不僅柔中有剛能與閥座保持最佳密合，而且具有非常良好的自動補償功能，特別在較大溫差的工況條件下，可以消除由此引起的結構變形對密封性能的影響，又由于在加工和裝配過程采用了予應力方法，使閥門在反向受壓時產生的相對位移得到充分補償，因此本蝶閥不論正向或反向受壓，均能在全額壓差下達到泄漏量為零。
